Terms of Use
1. Purpose
Ziclove is a free service that lets you choose your three favourite songs of all time, get a public page with your name (ziclove.com/…), an image and a video to share, and discover people who share your taste. Using the service means accepting these terms.
2. Publisher
The service is published by FPH (see the legal notice).
3. Access and free of charge
The service is free. Creating a Ziclove does not require an account. Seeing your music twins and adding a photo require an account, with no password: you sign in with Google or with a 6-digit code sent by email. You can delete your account at any time in “My account”.
4. Public content
Your Ziclove page is public: it displays your @Instagram or @TikTok and your three songs. This information may appear in other members’ lists of twins, in the rankings and in the trends. You agree to enter only your own @ and not to impersonate anyone else’s. The publisher may remove any abusive page.
5. Music
Song titles, cover art and 30 second previews are provided by Deezer. The generated video contains these previews; posting it on a social network remains subject to that network’s rules, which may in particular mute the sound.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of permanent availability. The publisher cannot be held liable for the use made of shared pages and videos.
7. Intellectual property
The name, design and software of Ziclove are protected. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
8. Governing law and mediation
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, first send a written complaint to contact@ziclove.com. If you do not receive a satisfactory response within two months, you may, in accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator to which the publisher belongs: CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris (www.cm2c.net).
