Data we process

• Your Ziclove: your songs, your Instagram and/or TikTok @, your Ziclove name and, if you add one, your photo. This information is public on your page and in your video.
• Your account (if you create one): your email address, your language, the dates of creation and last sign-in, and whether you chose to receive news, with the date of that choice. With “Continue with Google”: your email address and the account ID sent by Google, never your password.
• Sign-in: the 6-digit codes sent by email are stored in encrypted form and only work for 15 minutes.
• Security and abuse prevention: the IP address used to create a Ziclove, request a code, contact us or report a page, and a technical log of visits (IP address, page viewed, browser).
• Music statistics: the history of songs added, removed or moved in Ziclove tops, for the charts and trends.

Purposes and legal basis

To provide the service (your page, your video, your music twins, your sign-in) and protect it from abuse, on the basis of providing the service and our legitimate interest. Ziclove news is only sent to you if you chose it, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in “My account”.

Recipients

Your data is never sold. The site is hosted by AWS in France; emails are sent by Amazon SES (European Union). If you choose “Continue with Google”, sign-in goes through Google. Song titles, cover art and previews are provided by Deezer.

Retention

Your Ziclove and your account are kept as long as you use them. IP addresses are erased automatically after 12 months. Contact messages and reports are anonymised after 3 years.

Deleting your account

In “My account”, tap “Delete my account”, then confirm. Your email address, your @, your photo, your page and your video are erased immediately, and you receive a confirmation email. Your songs only remain in the charts and trends, with no link to you. No account? Write to contact@ziclove.com to have your Ziclove removed.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, which you can exercise at contact@ziclove.com. We reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

Cookies

Without your consent, Ziclove only uses essential cookies:

• zc_p: lets you edit your Ziclove from this browser (2 years);
• zc_s: keeps you signed in (1 year);
• zc_lang: remembers your language (1 year);
• zc_cc: remembers your cookie choice (6 months).

No audience measurement and no advertising cookies are used without your consent. You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page. The “Continue with Google” button loads a Google service, which applies its own policy. Your choices in progress (the draft of your top) are kept in your browser until you confirm them.
